About Us ![]() The Greater Austin Restaurant Association hosts a variety of membership activity throughout the year. We typically schedule 4 to 5 Board meetings each year to plan our local Chapter activities. GreaterARA Board meetings are posted in the event section of this website and are open to all GreaterARA members.
Once our GreaterARA Board has determined our activities or events for the year, our Board Members join other member volunteers to work with one of our committees to plan and organize each event. Our local committees include Political & Government Affairs, Education, Membership, and Special Events.
